Team Cisco Impact

We are four Cisco employees, passionate about giving back to the community. In partnership with Movement On The Ground (MOG), we will spend one week at a refugee camp in Lesbos, Greece, starting Monday, April 7th. Our mission is to help residents enhance their digital skills by delivering specially designed lessons in the Technology Lab—created by Cisco colleagues specifically for the MOG community.

Beyond this initiative, Movement On The Ground runs impactful projects within the camp, helping residents rebuild their lives and work toward a brighter future. To keep these efforts going, we need your support. Every donation makes a difference—providing education, empowerment, and hope.

Our Goals:

With our volunteering and fundraising efforts, we aim to:Sustain the Education & Community Center ‘Ergon’ – A safe and welcoming space where residents can learn, grow, and connect with the local community.Engage residents in running programs – By involving them as teachers, translators, and assistants, they can contribute their skills, develop themselves, and uplift others.Promote skill development and qualifications – Helping residents gain valuable knowledge that supports their transition to a new life.
